Yes. 100life is a habit tracker for iOS and Android that works fully offline. It has no server, so every feature works the same with Wi-Fi and mobile data switched off.
Which habit tracker doesn't need an account?
100life needs no account at all: no email, no password, no sign-up screen. You open the app and add your first habit. Other no-account options include Loop Habit Tracker (Android) and HabitKit.
Where does 100life store my data?
Only on your phone, in the app's local storage. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud or to us, so we can't see your habits even if we wanted to.
Does 100life sell or share my data?
No. We never receive your habit data, so there's nothing to sell or share. The app has no ads and no third-party trackers.
Is 100life free?
Yes. 100life is free on the App Store and Google Play, with all current features included and no upgrade wall in front of tracking.
What is a good app for a 100-day challenge?
100life is built specifically for 100-day challenges. You pick up to 10 habits and track them daily for 100 days, guided through five phases: Foundation, Building, Momentum, Mastery, and Integration.
How many habits can I track?
Up to 10 at once. Each can be a yes/no goal (did I meditate?) or a number target (pages read, glasses of water).
What happens if I miss a day?
You log a zero and keep going. 100life treats zero as valid data. There are no guilt notifications and your journey doesn't reset.
How do I move my habits to a new phone?
Use Settings → Export Data to save a backup file, then import it on the new phone. Export is free. Because there's no cloud copy, we recommend exporting regularly.
Does 100life have streaks, points, or badges?
It shows streaks and progress charts as information, but there are no points, badges, leaderboards, or streak-shaming. The goal is honest tracking, not a game.
Does 100life have AI coaching?
Not yet. AI weekly coaching is coming soon and is currently locked in the app. Everything else works today.
