Information We Collect
We believe in minimal data collection. Here's what information is involved when using 100life:
1. Challenge Data (Stored Locally)
Your challenge progress, daily entries, tracking items, goals, and settings are stored entirely on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it. When our upcoming AI Coaching feature launches, using it will temporarily send anonymized progress data for processing.
2. AI Coaching Data (Coming Soon — Processed, Not Stored)
When our AI Coaching feature launches, your weekly progress data (item labels, daily completion rates, and tracking statistics) will be sent to our servers for processing. This data will be used solely to generate personalized coaching feedback and will not be stored on our servers after processing.
3. No Personal Information
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. No account creation is required to use 100life.
How We Use Your Information
We use information only to provide and improve the app experience:
1. Deliver Core Functionality
Your locally stored challenge data is used to display your progress, generate charts, and track your 100-day journey entirely on your device.
2. Generate AI Coaching (Coming Soon)
When our AI coaching feature launches, your progress statistics will be temporarily processed to generate personalized weekly insights and recommendations.
3. Improve the App
We may use anonymized, aggregated information about app usage patterns to improve features and user experience. This does not include any personal or identifiable data.
Third-Party Services
100life uses minimal third-party services:
AI Processing (Coming Soon)
Our upcoming AI Coaching feature will use secure AI services to generate personalized feedback. Your progress data will be sent encrypted, processed in real-time, and will not be retained after generating your coaching response.
No Analytics Tracking
We do not use third-party analytics services like Google Analytics. We do not track your behavior, browsing patterns, or app usage.
No Advertising
We do not display advertisements or share data with advertising networks.
Data Security
Your data security is important to us:
Local Storage
All challenge data is stored securely on your device using your operating system's native secure storage mechanisms.
Encrypted Transmission
When AI Coaching launches, data will be transmitted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
No Server Storage
We do not maintain databases of user data. Your challenge history, progress, and personal goals remain exclusively on your device.
Your Control
You can export, delete, or reset all your data at any time through the app's Settings menu.
Your Rights
You have complete control over your data:
1. Access and Export
You can view all your data within the app and export it as a JSON file at any time through Settings → Export Data.
2. Deletion
You can delete all your data by using the "Reset Challenge" option in Settings or by uninstalling the app. Since data is stored locally, uninstalling the app removes all associated data.
3. Opt-Out of AI Features
The upcoming AI Coaching feature will be entirely optional. You will be able to use 100life without ever sending data for AI processing.
