A Private, Offline Habit Tracker
100life stores every habit and every daily entry locally on your phone. No account, no cloud sync, no tracking — and it works with the internet switched off.
What "local-first" actually means
Most habit trackers ask you to create an account before the first tap. From that moment your habits live on someone else's server, tied to your email address. Local-first means the opposite: the app is the database. Your entries are written to storage on the device and stay there until you export or delete them.
No account, no sign-up
You open the app and start tracking. There is no email, no password, and no profile — because there is no server holding one.
Your data never leaves the device
Every habit, every daily entry, and every note is stored in the app's local storage on your phone. We cannot read it, because it is never sent to us.
Works without a connection
On a plane, in a basement, or with data turned off, the app behaves exactly the same. Nothing waits on a sync.
You own the export
Settings → Export Data writes a file you control. Save it to iCloud, Google Drive, or anywhere else, and import it on a new phone to pick up where you left off.

The left column describes the common pattern in cloud-based habit apps, not any specific product. Individual apps differ — check their own privacy policies.
Changing phones without losing your streak
Because there is no cloud copy, your backup is the export file. Open Settings → Export Data, save the file wherever you keep backups, and import it on the new device. It is a small extra step, and it is the price of nobody else holding your data. We recommend exporting at the end of each phase of your 100 days.
What 100life deliberately does not do
- No streak shaming or guilt notifications — a missed day logs a zero, and zero is valid data.
- No points, badges, or leaderboards competing for your attention.
- No ads, and no third-party trackers embedded in the app.
- No upsell wall in front of the core tracking experience.
